Sam Fox to open location for pizza venture Fly Bye To Go in Arcadia this fall

May 26, 2022, 4:05 AM

PHOENIX — Valley restaurateur Sam Fox will open a location for takeout pizza venture Fly Bye To Go in the Arcadia neighborhood in Phoenix this fall.

The ghost kitchen at 40th Street and Camelback Road will have an expanded menu that includes a hand-tossed pizza and sandwiches, according to a press release.

The restaurant’s core menu of square pan pizza, chicken wings and tenders, and dipping sauces will also be available.

Salads and mozzarella sticks are the other food options.

It’ll be the third location for Fly Bye in Phoenix.

The first Fly Bye opened near Seventh Street at Bethany Home Road at Culinary Dropout in December 2020.

It operates 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

The second location is scheduled to open this summer at Desert Ridge Marketplace.

Unlike the other two, the Desert Ridge location will have limited seating.

Other Fox Restaurant Concepts eateries include Flower Child, Culinary Dropout, The Henry, Zinburger, Olive & Ivy, Doughbird and North Italia.

We want to hear from you.
