You may have thought your day was good, but it’s going to get a whole lot better after you watch this video.

First, a little bit of background: a representative with the St. Landry Parish in Louisiana has released this public announcement video after a local supermarket was robbed earlier this month.

Usually, police reports are pretty dull and monotone., but this lieutenant brings all the color with his heavy-handed threats.

“Look at me son, I’m talking to you,” he said, addressing the burglar. “The sheriff likes Stelly’s Restaurant, and so do I. The food here is good, and the folks are friendly.”

But he doesn’t just end there: the lieutenant made sure to lay out the burglar’s entire future for him.

“We’re going to identify you, arrest you, and put you in a small cell,” he continued. “After that, I’m going to have a cheeseburger here with fries and a Coke and leave a nice tip for the waitress. Meanwhile, your next meal will be served through a small hole in a cell door.”

Ooooh, burn!

Unfortunately, it’s not clear whether or not the determined lieutenant caught the burglar. If you have any information, there’s a $1,000 reward in it for you.
