Silver Alert canceled after missing 65-year-old man from Phoenix found safe

PHOENIX — Authorities canceled a Silver Alert on Thursday morning after the subject, a 65-year-old man last seen in Phoenix, was found safe.

The Silver Alert for William Beauchene was issued Wednesday night.

Beauchene stands at 5-foot-11 and weighs 190 pounds with gray hair and hazel eyes, the Phoenix Police Department said.

Before he was reported missing, he was last seen Tuesday night area of Seventh and Peoria avenues wearing a black baseball cap, a khaki button-up short-sleeve shirt, khaki shorts and hiking shoes.

His medical condition may cause him to become easily confused and lost, authorities said.
