In an item published April 21, 2022, about the death of a Holocaust survivor in Ukraine, The Associated Press erroneously identified Chabad.org as a Jewish organization. Chabad.org, a Judaism website run by the Chabad-Lubavitch movement, first reported the death of Vanda Semyonovna Obiedkova.
