BioProcure opens temporary office in Chandler, plans permanent Arizona location in 2023

PHOENIX — A Massachusetts-based company has opened a temporary office in Chandler and plans to establish a permanent location in Arizona by next year, the city announced Tuesday.

BioProcure, which provides procurement, accounts payable and administrative support services for biotech companies, began operations at Workpliciti near Queen Creek and Dobson roads this week.

“Chandler’s business-friendly environment and well-protected employment corridors continue to put us on the shortlist for companies looking to expand their headcount,” Mayor Kevin Hartke said in a press release.

“It is exciting to see a company supporting the country’s entire biosciences industry select Price Corridor.”

The company plans to hire 35 employees within the first year and 150 within three years. Positions at the Chandler office include procurement, operations and administration positions.

“Our goal was to establish a presence in the southwest to better serve our clients in the Western time zones, but equally important to us was that our new office be located in a vibrant, up-and-coming city with a thriving science and technology sector,” Vincent Bologna, co-founder and CEO of BioProcure, said in a press release.

“Chandler, Arizona, was the perfect fit.”
