PHOENIX — NAI Horizon, a Phoenix company that specializes in industrial/commercial building and land sales, facilitated the sale of 12.89 acres of land in Gilbert on Monday.

The land sits on the southwest corner of 181st Street and Warner Road and was sold for $3.1 million with the purpose of building an industrial project.

“The industrial land market is extremely competitive due to all of the land being purchased for new industrial developments,” managing director for NAI Horizon Mark Wilcke said in a press release.

Wilke represented the seller, Phoenix Warner, LLC, of San Diego, California.

The buyer was USCIF Hopewell Gateway 202 Phase II Owner LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, according to the press release.
