Chandler police searching for man accused of public indecency, showing porn to juveniles

PHOENIX — The Chandler Police Department is searching for a man accused of public sexual indecency and showing pornography to juveniles.

A man in his 20s or 30s driving a 2010-2016 white four-door Hyundai Elantra on March 17 allegedly showed an adult video to a group of juveniles near Alma School and Warner roads, the Chandler Police Department said in a social media post.

Shortly after that, police said the man committed an act of public sexual indecency while showing pornography to a juvenile in the same area.

He was described as wearing a red or black baseball hat and having tattoos on both sides of his face, but authorities said the tattoos in the composite sketch provided are not exact.

Police believe the man’s vehicle has damage to the driver’s side rear door and quarter panel due to a hit and run accident after the incidents.

People that come forward with information could be eligible for a reward, police said.
