Mexican food chain Someburros adding drive-thru option at most Valley locations

PHOENIX — Mexican food chain Someburros announced Tuesday it will be expanding drive-thru capabilities to a majority of its Valley locations next month.
Drive-thru will be available at the following locations on April 1: Apache and Rural in Tempe, Red Mountain and Eastmark in Mesa, San Tan Village and Stapley and Baseline in Gilbert, Chandler Fashion Center and Chandler Heights, Queen Creek, uptown Phoenix, and north Scottsdale.
“We are thrilled to expand Someburros’ drive-thru capabilities at locations throughout the Valley to satisfy customer needs from on-the-go families to working professionals with a busy lifestyle,” Tim Vasquez, owner, said in a press release.
“The drive-thru movement is a response and solution to our customers’ behaviors that rose during the height of the pandemic and the changing labor landscape. We will continue to adapt and innovate as we roll out the drive-thru experience all while still providing fresh and fast-casual Mexican food.”
The chain plans to open three more drive-thru locations in Goodyear, Peoria and north Phoenix by the end of the year.
Along with a drive-thru, the locations also offer an indoor dining room, outdoor dining patio, and walk-up counter.
