Arizona DPS seeking help after 2 adults dead in West Valley street racing crash

PHOENIX — The Arizona Department of Public Safety is seeking the public’s help in identifying vehicles involved in a fatal West Valley street racing incident on Sunday morning, authorities said.
Driver Jimmy Greenwood, 30, of Surprise, and passenger Farren Relerford, 35, of El Mirage, collided into a barrier wall on eastbound Interstate 10 near 59th Avenue around 12:20 a.m. moments after racing with other vehicles at a high rate of speed, AZDPS said in a press release.
Greenwood and Relerford died from injuries they sustained in the crash, AZDPS said.
Two children riding in the back seat, ages 2 and 4, were hospitalized with minor-to-moderate injuries, AZDPS said.
Greenwood was driving a gray Ford Mustang.
