GM hiring for hundreds of software-based jobs at Chandler technology center

PHOENIX — General Motors is looking to hire hundreds of software-based positions at its Arizona Information Technology Innovation Center in Chandler.
The company is seeking to grow its 1,000-member workforce at the East Valley facility, one of its four national technology hubs.
“We are excited to see GM continue to grow its Chandler IT Innovation Center as part of its technology transformation,” Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke said in a press release. “These jobs created by GM are high-wage, high-skill and provide tremendous employment opportunities for our residents.
“We appreciate GM’s significant investment in Chandler and look forward to being a partner in their continued growth.”
Available positions include software developers, software developers in-test, data analysts, business analysts, product managers, project/scrum managers and software architects.
Most of the jobs will be entry level.
The 170,000-square-foot facility is part of Chandler’s Price Corridor, located near the convergence of the Loop 202 Santan Freeway and Loop 101.
