Glendale Civic Center to host Chocolate Experience weekend before Valentine’s Day

PHOENIX — The Chocolate Experience is set to take place the weekend before Valentine’s Day in the West Valley, offering sweets, confectioners and wine to all chocoholics.

The Glendale Civic Center will host the free event from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and from noon until 5 p.m. on Sunday with live music, chocolate pop artwork installations and a range of chocolate candies available for purchase, officials said in a press release.

Among the live performances is Chad Rubin, Marcus Tinsley and Notes from Neptune.

Guests 21 years and older can buy a Chocolate and Wine Pairing package for $15 where they’ll receive four chocolates paired with four different wines.

Children and other attendees with developmental disabilities can try chocolate-inspired sensory stations, the release said.
