Jan 22, 2022, 6:15 AM

PHOENIX — A studio that works to incorporate mobility and flexibility into one’s fitness routine is opening a new location in metro Phoenix at the end of this month.

StretchLab, a site where visitors are offered stretch assistance and learn about tightness and imbalances throughout the body, is opening the doors in Paradise Valley on Jan. 29, according to a press release.

The new studio, the company’s fifth in Phoenix, located at 4740 E. Shea Boulevard will include ten beds and offer one-on-one stretching and group classes.

“Stretching caters to everyone from professional athletes to those recovering from injury or those experiencing stiffness from working at home,” Jennifer Gage, owner, said in the release.

Some classes offered at StretchLab include a 25-minute targeted stretch, a 50-minute all body stretch or a 50-minute group stretch.

Other locations can be found in Desert Ridge, Arcadia, Grayhawk and Gainey Village.
