Silver Alert canceled after 64-year-old man with cognitive delay found safe in Phoenix

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Friday after a 64-year-old man with a cognitive delay who was last seen in Phoenix was found safe by patrol officers, authorities said.
Raymond Charles Rey had last been seen near 22nd Avenue and Indian School Road on Sunday when he left for the store around 10:30 p.m., authorities said.
Rey was wearing a black leather jacket, blue shirt, gray checkered pajama pants and gray slippers, authorities said.
His cognitive delay may cause him to become lost or confused, authorities said.
