PHOENIX – A company that designs custom audio-visual solutions held a groundbreaking ceremony last week for a new headquarters in Mesa.
CCS Presentation Systems will move its base from Scottsdale to a two-story, 36,000-square-foot building next to the Hyatt Place Hotel at Mesa Riverview.
Friday’s ceremony was attended by company founders John and Beth Godbout, city officials. Representatives from other companies working on the project were also on hand, including WESPAC, Butler Design Group, SmithGroup, Threaded Studio and real estate developers KIMCO.
“We are thrilled with the plans for this new building and excited about our move to Mesa, AZ,” John Godbout said in a press release.
“It represents our commitment to the future and a headquarters that focuses on the customer experience.”
About 100 design engineers, salespeople, technicians and executives will be based in the new headquarters.
CCS Presentation Systems has grown from a two-person operation in 1991 to a business with more than 350 employees in more than two dozen states.
The company has completed audio-visual installations for clients such as PetSmart Casino Arizona, Grand Canyon University, the University of Arizona and Maricopa County Superior Court.
