PHOENIX – A woman suspected of stealing vehicles in Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix was arrested in Buckeye on Wednesday, authorities said.

Heather Oliver, 28, had multiple arrest warrants and was booked on counts of theft and drug offenses.

Investigators were led to Oliver after a vehicle reported stolen in Scottsdale was found in a neighborhood near Sun Valley and Tartesso parkways, the Buckeye Police Department said in a press release Thursday.

Property from the vehicle had been moved in the driveway of the residence where Oliver lives, police said.

Investigators contacted Oliver and searched the home, where they found more property from the vehicle as well as two motorcycles that had been reported stolen out of Phoenix and Tempe, police said.

Oliver was taken into custody without incident, police said.

No other information was immediately available. The investigation is ongoing.
