Silver Alert issued for 64-year-old man with medical condition last seen in Phoenix

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was issued Wednesday for a 64-year-old man with a medical condition who was last seen in Phoenix, authorities said.

Daniel David Davila stands 5-foot-10 and weighs 122 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair.

He was last seen on Monday in the area of 14th Street and McDowell Road wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, a blue hooded jacket and black shoes.

Davila has a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused or disoriented.
