Police investigate death of 22-year-old man found lying near bushes in Phoenix

PHOENIX — Police are investigating the death of a 22-year-old man found lying near bushes in Phoenix Saturday morning, authorities said.

Officers responded to a report of a man lying by bushes near 19th Avenue and Roeser Road around 8 a.m.

When officers arrived, they found Ebelardo Estrada dead with clear signs of trauma, authorities said in a press release.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Phoenix Police Department at (602) 262-6151 or Silent Witness at (480) WITNESS to remain anonymous.
