Silver Alert canceled after Phoenix woman with medical condition found safe

PHOENIX – A Silver Alert was canceled Friday after Phoenix woman who has a medical condition was found safe, authorities said.

Keiasa Adessa Ilene Conrad, 49, had last been seen near 71st Avenue and Baseline Road on Thursday.

Her medical issues may cause her to appear confused or disoriented.

Conrad is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
