PHOENIX — A Phoenix man has been sentenced to 30 months in prison for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, authorities said Wednesday.
Andrew Walsh, 43, previously pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Diane J. Humetewa on Tuesday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office District of Arizona said in a press release.
Walsh also faces 36 months of supervised release.
A search warrant at Walsh’s residence in August found the man was in possession of 496.9 grams of a mixture of methamphetamine intended for distribution, authorities said.
Investigation of the case was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Navajo Nation Department of Public Safety.
