Silver Alert canceled after Chandler woman with developmental disabilities found safe

PHOENIX – A Silver Alert was canceled Thursday after a 31-year-old Chandler woman with developmental disabilities was found safe.

Meagan Anne Estabrook left home on foot and was last seen at about 1 a.m. Monday at the Circle K at Gilbert and Riggs roads.

She has the mental capacity of a teenager and suffers from bipolar and post-traumatic stress disorders, authorities said.
