WASHINGTON (AP) — In a story published October 14, 2021, about a protest at the Interior Department building in downtown Washington, The Associated Press erroneously reported that Line 3, an oil pipeline upgrade in Minnesota, was under construction. The pipeline owner says construction was recently completed.
