Silver Alert issued for 20-year-old Scottsdale man with autism

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was issued Thursday for a 20-year-old man with autism who was last seen in Scottsdale.
Najib Monsif was last seen Wednesday night at his residence near Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and Via Linda.
Monsif, who goes by the nickname Jubi, could possibly be wearing all black clothing. He wears moccasins and walks with shuffle steps.
Monsif is 6 feet and 100 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
