PHOENIX — FuelFest, a celebration of cars and racing, recently announced its rescheduled date for the Chandler event that was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event will take place Dec. 4 at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park and will be hosted by Cody Walker, brother of late actor Paul Walker, along with recording artist and actor Tyrese Gibson.
There will be car exhibitions with over 600 custom and exotic vehicles, live music, drag races and drifting displays as well as craft food and drinks, according to a press release.
“We have a huge car showcase with the most exclusive and high performance, rare and modified muscle cars, movie cars, hyper cars, supercars, exotics, imports and so much more,” Walker said in the release.
“Phoenix has a diverse car community and this year will have a few surprises that we will continue to announce as the event gets closer.”
Spectators can also register their own vehicles to participate.
Tickets can be purchased online with gates opening at 10 a.m. for the event that lasts until 4 p.m.
A portion of the proceeds will go toward Reach Out WorldWide, a non-profit charity for natural disaster relief founded by Paul Walker and continued by Cody.
