Goodyear police seek suspect in fatal hit-and-run with pedestrian

PHOENIX — The Goodyear Police Department is searching for the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a pedestrian Tuesday night.
Officers responded to a call shortly before midnight near Camelback Road and Sarival Avenue about a 42-year-old woman who was hit by a vehicle that didn’t stay on scene.
Authorities said the suspect vehicle may be a silver or gray 2018 to 2021 Toyota Camry.
The vehicle likely has damages on the windshield and the front passenger side headlight, authorities said.
The identity of the victim hasn’t been released.
The Goodyear Police Department is asking anyone with information regarding the case to contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS (948-6377).
