PHOENIX — A variety of Valley museums will offer free entry as part of Museum Day on Saturday.

The event allows any participant who shows a Museum Day ticket entry into the participating museum’s and cultural institutions. A single ticket can be downloaded for each email address.

In the East Valley, residents and visitors can stop by the Mesa Historical Museum, CAF Airbase Arizona Flying Museum or the Chandler Museum.

In Scottsdale and Tempe, the Arizona Heritage Center at Papago Park, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and the Tempe History Museum are a few participating locations.

Passes to the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art sold out on Monday, the museum said in a Facebook post.

A full list of locations taking part in Museum Day, as well as tickets, can be found online.

COVID-19 protocols will vary by each museums’ location.
