PHOENIX — The new pet-friendly neighborhood restaurant Valley Coffee Company will celebrate its grand opening in downtown Phoenix this weekend.

The restaurant located at 100 W. Portland St., near Central Avenue and Interstate 10, will be offering free cold brew or drip coffee for guests that show they are following the restaurant on Instagram this Saturday.

A Sept. 18 opening of the new java and brew restaurant will include a variety of beer, cold brew, wine on tap, bar and dining room seating, a pet-friendly patio where dogs can have coffee specifically made for them, as well as a multitude of snacks for guests.

“We aim to provide the surrounding residential and business community with a new option when it comes to where they start their day, where they end their day — or where they choose to come and hang out anytime in between,” says owner Donny Peper in a release.

Valley Coffee Company will be open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and weekends from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
