Phoenix police looking for suspect after man found dead with gunshot wound

PHOENIX — Phoenix Police are searching for a suspect after a man was found dead with a gunshot wound in a parking lot on Monday afternoon, authorities said.
Officers responded to a call reporting a shooting in the area of 44th Street and McDowell Road just before 1:30 p.m.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, the Phoenix Police Department said in a press release.
Police say preliminary information indicates the man was in a fight with another man prior to the shooting.
