PHOENIX — Several new tenants are coming to the popular Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale, joining more than 70 other vendors in the West Valley city.
Two tenants have already begun operations with six more expected to open soon, according to a press release.
“The West Valley is growing at a rapid rate and Westgate is right there along with it,” Dan Dahl, director of real estate for YAM Properties, said in the release.
“Our team is continually searching for new opportunities to grow and bolster our roster to create an ultimate entertainment hub for people of all ages to enjoy.”
Korean barbecue restaurant Cupbop and barbecue joint NakedQ, which has three Valley locations, are open.
Tesla is planning to open a 30,000-square-foot service center at the corner of 93rd and Glendale avenues.
Restaurants Tacos Culichi, which serves Mexican food, poke specialty Pokitrition and American chain First Watch are also part of Westgate’s new tenant plans. Bruster’s Ice Cream will open soon.
Florida-based PopStroke, which is co-owned by Tiger Woods, is the final tenant with plans to open in Glendale.
PopStroke aims to be more than just another putt-putt place.
Woods and his TGR Design team create the venues’ synthetic turf layouts, complete with fairway, bunker and rough features, like on real courses.
More information on the new tenants can be found on Westgate’s website.
