PHOENIX– Downtown Tempe will host a restaurant crawl on Aug. 28 for the public to enjoy the offerings and specials from the city’s local establishments.

The Best of Downtown Tempe Stroll through the city will stop at about 15 participating retailers and restaurants for participants to sample the selections and menu items from a few or every store.

The event will be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and customers can enjoy their meals sitting at an expanded outdoor patio dining area with misters to beat the heat.

Some restaurants will have snack sized menu items for people to enjoy on the walk such as Daily Jam’s pair of breakfast tacos or a unique cocktail from Alter Ego.

Advance access passes for the event are now available for $5 online or on the day of the event at the check-in kiosk located on the southwest corner of Mill Avenue and 5th Street.

Passholders will enjoy access to exclusive menus featuring the small bite and drink specials at participating restaurants.

To purchase a pass in advance or for more information regarding the event, visit downtowntempe.com/foodiestrolls.

We want to hear from you.
