PHOENIX – Authorities canceled a Silver Alert on Wednesday after an 83-year-old Phoenix woman who has been missing for more than a week was found safe.
Patricia Maria Foster had last been seen July 18 at her apartment near 15th Avenue and Osborn Road, the Arizona Department of Public Safety said Wednesday morning.
About three hours after the alert was issued, DPS said Foster had been located.
Foster uses a blue walker and has a medical condition that may make her appear confused.
She is 5 feet tall and weighs 145 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes.
