PHOENIX — Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey will be attending the Republican Governor’s Association conference in Colorado next week.
The conference is scheduled to begin Monday, with the governor returning to Arizona on Wednesday.
“I’m honored to join my fellow Republican governors who are leading the way with smart public policy on issue after issue — from securing our border to creating jobs,” Ducey said in a press release.
“These meetings provide an opportunity to hear from colleagues from across the country, discuss the most critical issues facing our nation and share best practices for success.”
This follows recent announcement of Arizona’s Doug Ducey continuation of his leadership role with the Republican Governors Association.
Currently, Ducey holds a role as chairman of the RGA. He will be RGA co-chair for 2022 with Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts, the association announced Thursday in a press release.
