Two years later: A look back at the day Jodi Arias was found guilty

On this day, way back in 2013, the first jury found Jodi Arias guilty of first-degree felony murder.

I remember the day well. It started off a bit frustrating, as jury deliberations always are for those not deliberating, because we expected the jury to return a quick verdict.

After all, Maricopa County prosecutor Juan Martinez crushed the trial and presented evidence that appeared overwhelmingly in support of premeditated murder — at least that was the opinion of the majority of persons I spoke too.
