Loop 101 in north Scottsdale only Valley freeway closure this weekend

PHOENIX — A closure on a portion of Loop 101 in north Scottsdale is the only freeway closure for Valley drivers this weekend.
The eastbound Loop 101 Pima Freeway will be closed between Scottsdale and Pima roads from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for a widening project, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
As a result, southbound Tatum Blvd. at Loop 101 will be reduced to two lanes from 9 p.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Sunday.
The westbound Loop 101 off-ramp inner left-turn lane at Tatum Blvd. will also be closed from 9 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. July 17.

Northbound Seventh Street will continue to be restricted to two lanes until 5 a.m. Monday.
