Tempe police seek help locating pool vacuum thief

PHOENIX — Tempe police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who has been walking away with pool equipment from various homes.
The suspect, a male in his early 20s, has been entering the backyards of homes with pools between March and June and has stolen vacuums, according to police.
The man seen on video is of average build, has brown hair, facial hair, black clothing and a noticeable tattoo on his right forearm.
