PHOENIX — Single tickets for “Hamilton” for its five-week run this fall at ASU Gammage will go on sale Monday.
Tickets for the show, which kicks off the Broadway season at Gammage, will go on sale to the public at 10 a.m.
Lin-Manuel Miranda’s show about Founding Father Alexander Hamilton originally was scheduled to begin last October but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The pent up emotion and excitement for the return to live theater is off the charts and there’s no better way to welcome Broadway back to Arizona than with the opening of Hamilton,” Colleen Jennings-Roggensack, executive director of ASU Gammage, said in a press release.
“We know our community is aching to see it live and the demand is so great we’ve expanded the tour’s run to five weeks.”
A total of eight tickets can be purchased at a time. Prices will range from $49 to $149, with some premium seats available for $299.
A lottery for 40 $10 tickets for all performances will also take place closer to the show dates.
“Hamilton” is scheduled to run Sept. 8-Oct. 10.
“Mean Girls” will hit the stage next, Nov. 2-7.
Other shows include “My Fair Lady” (Dec. 7-12); “The Band’s Visit” (Feb. 8-13, 2022); “Tootsie” (March 15-20, 2022); “Hadestown” (April 19-24, 2022) and “Come From Away” (June 14-19, 2022).
