2-year-old boy dies following drowning in Tempe

PHOENIX — A 2-year-old boy died following a drowning in Tempe on Saturday evening, according to authorities.
Tempe police responded to a drowning call around 8 p.m. at a house near Warner Road and McClintock Drive in Tempe.
The boy was unable to be resuscitated and was pronounced dead after being taken to a facility, according to authorities.
No other information was immediately available.
