Silver Alert issued for 61-year-old Phoenix man with cognitive condition

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was issued Friday for a 61-year-old man with a cognitive condition missing in Phoenix.

David Pena was last seen Friday morning near Second Street and Thunderbird Road.

He was wearing a white T-shirt and gray sweatpants.

Pena has a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused and disoriented.

Pena is 5-foot-9 and 155 pounds with brown eyes and is bald.

Anyone with information on Pena’s whereabouts is asked to call Phoenix police at 602-534-2121 or after hours at 602-262-6151.
