PHOENIX — Drivers will face closures on Loop 101 in the north Valley and Interstate 10 near downtown Phoenix this weekend.

Eastbound Loop 101 will be closed between Seventh Street and State Route 51 from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for a widening project, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

In the Scottsdale area, Loop 101 southbound will be narrowed to one lane with the HOV lane open between Chaparral and Thomas roads from 11 p.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday for resurfacing.

The southbound Loop 101 on-ramp at Indian School Road will also be closed.

The westbound I-10 left lane will also be closed between US 60 and State Route 143.

The primary westbound US 60 ramp to westbound I-10 will remain open.

Near Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, the westbound I-10 off-ramp at 24th Street will be closed from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday for pavement repair.
