BOISE, Idaho (AP) — In a story published June 8, 2021, The Associated Press reported that Brian Dripps Sr. was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Angie Dodge — a crime for which another man, Christopher Tapp, had earlier been wrongfully convicted. The story should have made clear that the Idaho Innocence Project at Boise State University led the effort to get Tapp exonerated.
