PHOENIX — Arizona-based Bashas’ grocery chain is holding a hiring fair Thursday to fill nearly 700 open positions at stores throughout the state.

The job fair will take place at Victory Outreach in Phoenix (4655 W. McDowell Rd., Suite 101) from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A variety of full-time and part-time roles are open including hourly clerks, store managers, skilled bakers, meat cutters, sushi chefs, produce clerks, delivery drivers, dishwashers and more for the grocer’s Food City, AJ’s Fine Foods and Bashas’ supermarkets.

During the event, interested applicants will be interviewed by the Bashas’ hiring team, complete paperwork and submit to drug screening. In some cases, applicants may be hired on the spot.

Applications can be completed in advance online. Face masks and a temperature check are required for those attending the job fair.

Bashas’ Family of Stores offer flexible hours, benefits, a grocery discount and competitive pay, as well as professional development, growth and advancement opportunities to its employees.

We want to hear from you.
