22nd annual Chandler Jazz Festival set to return next week

PHOENIX- The 22nd annual Chandler Jazz Festival is returning to downtown Chandler April 8-10, according to a press release.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket to listen to live musical performances in the afternoon or evening.
Some of the performers include Mike Ozuna Tri, The Gaines Brothers, Trio Maxo and Charlie Smith.
To ensure the health and safety of jazz aficionados and downtown visitors alike, this year’s free musical festival will take place over three days at four open areas for all to continuously walk throughout Chandler’s Historic Square, according to the release.
Jazz Festival hours are:
· 5–8 p.m. Thursday
· 5–8 p.m. Friday
· 3–5 p.m. and 6–8 p.m. Saturday
Admission to the festival is free.
A virtual option is available for anyone wanting to enjoy the experience within the comfort of their home and can be found in the Chandler Center for the Arts Anywhere Series in honor of Jazz appreciation month.
