PHOENIX — Home presales are underway in Queen Creek for Barney Farms, Fulton Homes’ newest East Valley community.

The presale includes homes that range in size from 1,691 to 3,595 square feet with four single-story plan options for the community located at Queen Creek and Signal Butte roads.

Homes in the presale include those in the Meadows and Groves neighborhoods, with home prices for the Meadows starting at $400,000 and homes in the Groves beginning at $500,000 for slightly larger floor plans.

Single-story options in both neighborhoods can be configured to include an interior second-story loft, according to a press release.

Homes include 16 SEER high-efficiency HVAC, granite countertops, 36-inch maple cabinets, faux wood blinds and ceiling fans.

The master-planned community will feature 1,700 homes on 550 acres with 114 acres of open space and a 22-acre lake.

Amenities include access for small boats or kayaks, catch-and-release fishing, a large pool and aquatic center, clubhouse, sand volleyball, pickle ball, bocce courts, zip-lines, extensive walking trails, myriad parks and play areas.

“This is a premier community for families in the Queen Creek area,” Doug Fulton, CEO of Fulton Homes, said in the release. “Our goal is not only to bring legendary Fulton Quality to the homes we build, but to also bring that concept to its communities and their amenities. We believe Barney Farms is our best representation to date of our goal.”

The community is targeted toward second and third-time home buyers, according to the release.
