APS’s growth in solar energy since 2000

One of the top priorities for Arizona Public Service Company, or APS, is the future of Arizona’s energy supply.

This fact has been made apparent through APS’s plan to make solar energy affordable for 3,000 Arizona residences as well as its history as a company in promoting solar growth.

Since 2000, APS has increased its solar energy production from zero megawatts to more than 750. This is all part of APS’s plan to make Arizona, the country’s sunniest state, the leader in solar energy.
