Waiting for the check can often be the worst thing after a pleasant meal.
Arguments can erupt over who is paying. People can arrive late to an event or movie. Not realizing you left your wallet at home until it’s too late.
But now, thanks to apps like Cover, Dash, TabbedOut and OpenTable, you can receive and pay your bill on your phone, NBC News reported.
Not every app is available everywhere — Cover is only in New York City right now, for example — but apps like these don’t cost the restaurants any for utilizing it. In fact, it’s typically cheaper for them, as the transaction fee the app charges is usually less than what the credit card companies do.
Tip is even included in the digital bill and can be adjusted via the app.
So, would *you* be interested in using an app to pay for your dining experiences?
