8 realistic things to get your kids this holiday season

If you have ever felt the horrific pain of stepping barefoot on a Lego, you should read this.

By the time the message of pain travels to your brain, all you can do is curse your own self for thinking that you wouldn’t end up with a block of this 140-piece Lego set lodged in your heel.

This holiday season, why don’t you get the kids something that can give you a little enjoyment too, instead of a general disdain for children’s toys?

I was careful to include items that have six pieces or less because you know that, at one time or another, you WILL be picking up each and every piece.
