PHOENIX — Pop star The Weeknd has plans to make a return to the Valley in 2022 as part of a rescheduled tour.
The Canadian singer will make stops in Glendale and Phoenix during his After Hours Tour, which was originally scheduled for 2020 before the coronavirus pandemic.
The Glendale show is scheduled for March 22 at Gila River Arena. The Phoenix tour date is set for April 24 at Phoenix Suns Arena.

The Weeknd was supposed to perform at Gila River Arena last August before the tour was postponed.
Previously purchased tickets for that show will still be valid at the rescheduled show. Remaining available tickets are on sale now.
Tickets for the Phoenix stop go on sale Monday at 10 a.m.
The three-time Grammy-award winning artist is also the featured artist for Sunday’s Super Bowl in Tampa Bay, Florida.
