PHOENIX — You could say the person that built a Phoenix-area home that just hit the market ordered it on the rocks.
The 4,380-square-foot home in Scottsdale, Arizona, is 60 percent boulder, 40 percent material, Estately reported.
Termed the most original home in America by author Stanley Marcus, the part-rock home boasts three beds and 2.5 baths, sits on nine acres of desert and has petroglyphs chiseled into the exterior.
If you’re interested in the home — or just want to live like Fred Flintstone — you’ll have to fork over a cool $4.2 million.
