Michele Bachmann pleads for repeal of health care law before it ‘literally kills’

Three years after the enactment of Affordable Care, Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann has pronounced the current health care law deadly.
“Let’s repeal this failure before it literally kills women, kills children, kills senior citizens,” she said Thursday on the House floor.

Mediaite pointed out, since “the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act and President Obama won his re-election” odds are against repeal.
The Christian Science Monitor wonders if the congresswoman has gone too far.
Perhaps if Bachmann trips over the line that separates hyperbole from stunning fiction, she can slap a non-doctor prescribed bandage on the injury.
