Glendale Police asking for help in finding person of interest in homicide

PHOENIX – The Glendale Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a person of interest in a September homicide investigation.
Officers responded to of a report of a shooting on Sept. 23 around 2 a.m. near Glendale and 43rd avenues where they discovered 31-year-old victim Quevon “Kash” Roland down in a parking lot.
Roland had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Officers attempted live saving measures before Roland was taken to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.
He died on Sept. 25 from his injuries.
Detectives are looking for 37-year-old Florian J. Culp in connection to the case. Culp is described as 6-feet-tall and 220 pounds.
Police said he was one of the last people seen with the victim prior to the shooting.
