Silver Alert canceled for 81-year-old Glendale man with cognitive condition

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Tuesday night after an 81-year-old man returned home, according to authorities.

Gerald Pellegrino was last seen Tuesday around 12:30 p.m. at his home near the intersection of Cactus Road and 67th Avenue in Glendale and didn’t return home until later in the evening.

His family told authorities that Pellegrino has cognitive issues and other medical conditions which may require medications.

Pellegrino did not take a cell phone with him.

No other information was immediately available.
